Refund policy

At LUMIWHITE Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality courses and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our cancellation policy for all courses below:

1. Cancellation by Participant:

   • If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so up to 30 working days before the course starts for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee based on the total course cost.
   • Requests for swapping bookings made up to 30 working days in advance are contingent on availability and will also incur a 10% administrative fee.
   • Please be aware that cancellations made within 30 working days of the course start date, as well as no-shows on the day of the course, will not be eligible for any refunds.
     
     

2. Cancellation by LUMIWHITE Academy:

   • Should we need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly reschedule it and inform you accordingly.
   • Please understand that LUMIWHITE Academy will not be responsible for any additional expenses that may arise from such cancellations.
